With over 15 years of experience in human resources, I proudly recall that I was the first recruiter in Moldova registered on LinkedIn, dedicated to finding programmers for the company I worked for. Thanks to my university studies in IT, I was able to communicate effectively with candidates, allowing me to quickly identify valuable talents. This success generated recruitment requests from other companies, which led me to establish my own recruitment agency, Mantis (www.mantis.md) — the first and only agency in Moldova focused on recruiting programmers, marketing and digital candidates, as well as top managers.

Mantis is an integral part of Rabota, which includes the three most visited job platforms in Moldova (www.rabota.md, www.lucru.md, and www.jobjob.md). Together with the management team at Rabota, I contributed for 10 years to the development of these portals, creating a user-friendly experience for job seekers and implementing business development strategies to attract companies to post their job advertisements on our platforms.

I developed engaging content, introduced innovative ideas, and implemented AI solutions that facilitate job searches based on interests and skills, as well as the creation of smart CVs. These initiatives led to a steady increase in users, with over a million unique users accessing our portals monthly and more than 15,000 active jobs published daily by local and international companies. Additionally, I have written articles on labor market trends and participated in numerous profile events. Over time, I have accumulated the largest candidate database in the country, successfully placing over 6,000 candidates in top companies and receiving numerous recommendations for my ability to find exceptional talents for key roles in record time.

My LinkedIn network is the largest in the country, with over 30,000 contacts, and candidates frequently reach out to me in search of new opportunities. My name is synonymous with the support provided to candidates in their careers and assistance to companies in filling crucial roles.

At Mantis, I am proud to have trained an entire generation of IT recruiters, many of whom have now become Human Resources Managers in renowned companies. These former fresh graduates, transformed into professionals through my mentorship, confirm the positive impact I have had on their careers, which brings me joy.

The experiences I have accumulated have given me a deep understanding of the labor market in Moldova. Today, I have a solid grasp of every profession, company offers, and candidates' salary expectations. I have established collaborative relationships with over 600 companies, providing me with a clear vision of market trends and candidate availability. My studies in IT, economics, and management allow me to quickly understand each role and identify suitable candidate profiles in a matter of seconds.

One of my greatest achievements is creating a TikTok channel for JobJob, where we interact with ordinary people to discuss their salaries — a topic that has long been taboo in Moldova. Our videos have gone viral, with some accumulating over 1 million views, thus changing public perception of real salaries in the country. Companies have become more transparent, with 70% of job ads on our portals now indicating salaries. Our mobile app, JobJob, is now the most downloaded job application in Moldova, exclusively offering job listings with specified salaries.

I am passionate about helping Moldova thrive in the labor market, contributing to finding better-paying jobs for thousands of individuals and supporting companies in increasing their business performance by connecting them with the right talents. People consider me not just a top HR professional but also an influential figure in the labor market in Moldova, with solid skills in IT and digital recruitment, business development, client relationship management, content creation, and digital marketing for the job market, as well as training and mentoring future recruiters.
